Philosophy
About Me

After 15 years as a Navy nurse, I realized my passion wasn’t just caring for people in crisis—it was helping them build healthier, stronger lives long before they needed a hospital. That’s what inspired me to step into coaching.
My own coaches transformed me over the past year, not just in how I look, but in my discipline, mindset, and relationship with food. Having someone guide me, keep me accountable, and show me progress I couldn’t see myself changed everything. And now, I want to bring that same support to others.
I help adults—especially those in midlife—reset their mindset, rebuild their energy, and create sustainable habits that make life feel lighter, healthier, and more vibrant.
